Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our drops and exclusive releases, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is proven defective. Please ensure your size and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Verify that your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect, as these are the only grounds for a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect to initiate an inspection.
- 3.Await Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if the claim is approved.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
